Third‑Party Platforms & Responsibility
FAME‑Meta is a membership‑based platform that aggregates and curates information, tools, and resources related to self‑discovery, learning, personal growth, and productivity. We may collaborate with, or participate in, affiliate programs and partnerships with third‑party platforms.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any technical, billing, legal, or service‑related matters arising from third‑party platforms with which we are affiliated or partnered. Any issues, support requests, or data practices related to those external platforms fall under their own policies and operational control.
Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our eLearning portal and services. You must also provide accurate and complete information when you register for an account and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.
eLearning Courses and Related Services
“eLearning courses” refers to eLearning content created and delivered by fame-meta, our content providers and instructors.
“Related Services” refers to other services other than courses content. Such as, but not limited to Personality Assessment, Aptitude Test, and recommendation of productivity tools.
Our eLearning portal and services allow you to purchase and access eLearning courses and content created and delivered by our content providers and instructors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the eLearning courses and services that you purchase or access for your personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform the eLearning courses and services, or any part thereof, without the express written permission of the respective owners. You may not use the eLearning courses and services for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes, or in any way that violates these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the eLearning courses and services, or that they will meet your expectations or requirements. You are solely responsible for your use of the eLearning courses and services and any consequences thereof.
Payments and Refunds
You agree to pay the fees for our home grown paid (develop by FAME-META and content partners) eLearning courses and content that you purchase or access through our eLearning portal and services. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to process your payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the fees. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to your payments. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service for more information on how they handle your payment information.
Individual Courses once purchased, are non-refundable. Bundled courses that include previously purchased courses are also non-refundable. Please ensure that the cost of bundled courses is advantageous for you before making a purchase.
External Platforms Limitations
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any technical, billing, legal, or service‑related matters arising from third‑party platforms with which we are affiliated or partnered. Any issues, support requests, or data practices related to those external platforms fall under their own policies and operational control.
User Conduct and Content
Our eLearning portal and services may allow you to interact with other users and post, upload, or share user content, such as comments, feedback, reviews, or questions. You are solely responsible for your conduct and user content and any consequences thereof. You agree that you will not:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct or content.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
- Violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our eLearning portal and services or any networks or systems connected to them.
- Attempt to access, use, or modify any unauthorized or restricted areas of our eLearning portal and services or any data or information therein.
- Transmit or introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful or malicious code or content.
- Use any automated means, such as bots, scripts, or scrapers, to access, use, or collect data or information from our eLearning portal and services.
We do not endorse, monitor, or control any user conduct or content and we are not responsible or liable for them. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, remove, or take any action regarding any user conduct or content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
Intellectual Property Rights
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to our eLearning portal and services and all related content, materials, and trademarks, including, but not limited to, our name, logo, design, text, graphics, images, software, and code. Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our eLearning portal and services or any related content, materials, and trademarks, except as expressly stated herein. You agree to respect and not to infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of us or our licensors or any third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our eLearning portal and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that our eLearning portal and services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that they will meet your expectations or requirements. You use our eLearning portal and services at your own risk and discretion, and you are solely responsible for any damages or losses that may result from your use of them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our eLearning portal and services, or any eLearning courses and content, or any user conduct or content, or any other matter relating to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy exceed the amount of fees that you have paid to us for the eLearning courses and content that you have purchased or accessed through our eLearning portal and services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our eLearning portal and services, or any eLearning courses and content, or any user conduct or content, or your violation of these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations, or any rights of any third parties.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy or your use of our eLearning portal and services will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Malaysia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
